Borrower Qualifications
1. Thai nationality
2. At least 20 years old
3. The primary borrower must earn 15,000 baht per month or more.

Loan Terms
Up to 30 years, and loan term plus borrower's age must not exceed 65 years (or 70 years for those self-employed).
