Required Documents

เพื่อความสะดวก รวดเร็วและถูกต้อง ผู้ซื้อควรจัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการโอนบ้านและที่ดิน ดังนี้

• Copy of ID card or government ID card

• Copy of house registration

• Copy of Certificate of Change of Name (if any)

• Original title deed

• Copy of marriage or divorce certificate (if any)

• In the case of marriage, if the land sold is common property, a letter of couple's consent is required.

Fees

• 2% transference fee of the estimated price of the land and building

• Income tax deduct at the payment date. (if the owner is individual person)

• No business tax to pay if the owner holds for more than 5 years. But pay for 0.5% duty stamp of the selling price or the estimated price depending on which is higher.
